Okay, where do I begin? Contouring is big now. WE GET IT. Now it’s a battle of what are the best contour palettes in the makeup industry. Kat Von D A legend in her own right has brought us her very own contour palette. The powder-based shades are to die for and are perfect for setting in the cream contours (if you use them).
If you follow the likes of Amrezy on Instagram then you’ll know most of her latest looks are all thanks to Laura Mercier’s cream contour palette and the Kat Von D Shade + Light Contour Palette.
This palette is said to be fool proof! The shades are gorgeous and really easy to use for those terrified of contouring. The sheer texture makes these powders buildable for that dramatic look and makes it easy to not look overdone.
Six shades – three for highlighting and three for contouring this palette are needed by every makeup junkie to help shape and define her lovely facial features. What’s wonderful about it is that it flatters every skin tone or face shape. The best part for me is that the formula is paraben and sulphate free so in essence, it doesn’t do any more damage to the skin.
Anddd if you’re new to contouring the palette comes with a step-by-step guide showing you three easy ways to define your cheekbones, slim your face (I definitely need this!), and shape your nose.
Whilst you’re at it why not add The Shade + Light Contour Brush to the collection?!
