New Urban Decay Revolution High-Color Gloss Review

Urban Decay presents a range of 14 full coverage, creamy lip glosses that will be a part of their permanent collection: Revolution High-Color Lipgloss!  Most of the shades are beautiful and bold along with a couple of pretty nude/natural shades. The demand now is for glosses that are opaque, non-sticky and long-lasting and Urban Decay did very well designing these with all those points marked.  They promise that the formula will lay down opaque color on a single application!

The texture of the glosses are hydrating and pretty long-lasting especially for a gloss.  They last for 4-5 hours and they feel comfortable on the lips and not tacky/sticky which is a break it or make it for me.  I just lovvvve how pigmented they are!  For best application I recommend lining and filling your lips in with a lip pencil then applying the gloss on top for best results. What’s cool too, is that you can wear the lip gloss rub it off and they can act as a gorgeous lip stain.

The packaging is awesome – in a flat tube barrel and metal cap they look stunning.  The paddle applicator is great as well for application. It makes it easy to get enough product on the lips with a single application.

I don’t think I’ve ever come across a product from Urban Decay that I didn’t like, they are a fantastic brand.  These glosses are no different – I loved them.  The only thing is that, not each color comes on opaque with a single application it varies from color to color so do swatch them at the store before you buy.
