The most coveted body part to sculpt are the abs!! Not everyone wants a true six pack, but everyone definitely wants a flat stomache. In order to tone and flatten your stomach, whether you want a six pack or just nice lean look, your body fat % is the key thing to get in control. So lowering your body fat through overall exercise and eating healthy will be 80% of the work.
However, in order for your tummy to show, you also need to build the muscle beneath the layers. Here are my all time favorite Ab excercises, whether you are a begginer or advanced!
Note: add weight to make the workouts harder if you’d like.
Do all excercises for 4 rounds and 15 reps each.
Wide-Leg Cross Sit Ups
Decline Weighted Sit-Ups
Toe Touch Crunch
Reverse Decline Crunch
Do these exercises about 2-3 times a week and reap the results in as short as 4 weeks!!
