Summer is almost here, the higher temperatures make it easier to sweat it out and lose those excess pounds. I’ve made this special workout that you guys can do, at home. It starts off simple to give your body the much -needed transition Do not overwork yourself on the first few days or you guys might injure yourselves.
DO remember to wear comfortable, fitted clothes during workouts and keep water handy , to prevent dehydration.
Don’t panic if you skip a day in the middle, just don’t give up midway.
Don’t completely eliminate carbs from your diet.
Supplement this workout with a healthy diet rich in fibre and liquids to see results sooner.
