Crushed Aspirin

Directions

Crush a couple of aspirins (these contain salicylic acid which is a popular ingredient in acne medications). Mix them with a bit of water to form a paste and apply it on the pimple. Leave it overnight and watch your pimple shrink or disappear by morning!
