2: Butter Chicken

Cream and Butter will help you store MORE fat rather than lose it. Cut this out completely.

3: Karhai Gosht/Chicken

Karhai is the desi version of a Wok where meat is cooked and oil is one of the top ingredients. Cut this out completely from your diet.

4: Parathas

You know… Rotis. With Oil. Enough said. šŸ™‚

5: Halwa

Although this can be considered a sweet dish, this is also a breakfast item. Because it is high in sugar, it is out of the question to have when trying to lose weight.

Foods you CAN have Include:

2: Channa Masala (although calculate the calories from carb/protein and skip the rice and roti)

3: Kheema (cooked with very little oil)

4: Roti (made from whole wheat or chickpea flour or coconut flour)

5: Lentils (on its own, without rice or roti)
