
I recently put up a picture on my instagram account @imehreensyed of a daily ritual of drinking my green juice. Everyone wanted to know what I was drinking exactly and how it benefits me so I decided to share my Green Juice recipe 🙂
Ingredients
1/2 kg Kale
3 full stalks of Celery
1 Kiwi
1 Apple
1 small Beetroot
1 Carrot
2-3 drops Olive Oil
Directions
Peel the kiwi, beetroot and carrot and then add all the ingredients together in a juicer. Once the juice is ready don’t leave it out or in the fridge it’s preferred to drink it within half an hour of making it otherwise it oxidizes and loses much of its nutritional value. You can drink anytime you feel like it but I take in the morning because it gives me energy throughout my day. I have it 1 hour before breakfast and after I workout everyday!

Drinking my green juice everyday helps to reduce dark circles, dark spots and scars. I find it also gives evens out the skin tone and gives the skin a glow. My skin feels tighter and believe it or not gets rid of wrinkles resulting in younger looking skin. It’s packed with anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals.
