The Best of the Best: Gel Eyeliner Comparisons

Gel eyeliners are a thick paste that generally need a brush to apply. Most commonly it is used on the upper lash line to line the eyes. Sometimes many makeup artists use gel eyeliners as a base for the smoky eye makeup looks. Many of us find gel eyeliner easier to use as compared to liquid eyeliners. Every brand pretty much as a gel eyeliner but finding the blackest one is the mission I’m after.

Here are some of the best gel eyeliners on the market.  Have a look at the comparison:

1.  Wow by Wojooh: The Little Black Pot (SECOND PLACE)

Wow by Wojooh is new on the market.  Wojooh products are designed for the Middle East and they came up with a really good Gel Eyeliner.  It has a creamy finish and is BLACK in color.

2.  MAC: Black Track Fluid Line

I’ve used MAC Black Track for a while.  Its a good gel eyeliner that lasts. The formula dries very quickly which is great for staying power.  It’s a nice carbon black for those who don’t want such a strong line but still black.

3.  Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner: Black Ink

Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel eyeliner is great to use as a base under eyeshadow.  It doesn’t dry as quick as other gel eyeliners so it gives you time to blend it out under a smoky eye.  It is long wearing but not as black as the others in this comparison.

4.  Inglot Eyeliner Gel #77 (WINNER!)

Inglot Gel Eyeliner is #1 on this list.  Its creamy smooth texture is easy to apply and a very little goes a long way.  Its SUPER black and dries to a matte which is perfect for eyeliner.
