Highlighters are the easiest way to create a dewy, youthful glowing complexion. Highlighters can be used to brighten up the complexion and bring out your bone structure, the key is knowing how to use it. Applying highlighters on the apples of your cheeks, top of the cheekbone, bridge of the nose and brow bone can give the face a beautiful undeniable glow.
